EGM FNF Thames Valley Branch - 15 February 2016
An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Monday 15 February starting at about 9pm. It will be in our usual meeting place: The Bell pub, Waltham St Lawrence.
Glyn Wisdom was appointed treasurer at the 2014 AGM. Our bankers need a resolution of the Branch so that they will recognise him. This resolution needs to be in accordance with our constitution.
This will happen at an EGM on 15th February 2016 at approximately 9pm. The EGM will take place within a normal Monday meeting.
Should there not be sufficient people present for a quorum on 15th February the EGM will be postponed to the next meeting; which will be 29 Feb or 7 March. Notice of this will be posted to the branch mail list by 22nd February.
